Fruity-then-spicy nose of strawberry, orange, vanilla, banana bread and charred oak; a viscous palate of caramel, cherry, toasted oak, cinnamon, allspice, cedar and white pepper, with a long, peppery orange-chocolate and barrel-char finish.
