A patriotic barber-pole knit from a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper spiraled with a pinstripe of Connecticut Shade, over a Brazilian binder and a melting-pot filler of Dominican, Italian, Nicaraguan and Connecticut leaf. A rich, medium-to-full smoke: pecan and toast on the cold draw giving way to cocoa powder, coffee bean, leather, chocolate, cedar and pepper, with a creamy, oaky chew. Cigar Aficionado awarded the Potomac frontmark 92 points at its debut.
