Nose of big oak, rich caramel and graham cracker with light smoke and leather; the palate balances vigorous rye spice and charred oak against caramel, toffee, vanilla, tobacco and assorted fruit, finishing on rye spice, dark fruit, tobacco and leather. Individual barrels vary.
